Shipping Within India

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India
• A flat shipping charge of ₹200 will be applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Once shipped, delivery generally takes 4–5 business days depending on the location and courier service.
• Delivery may take up to 10-12 days (approx.) in some cases depending on logistics conditions.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once the order has been dispatched.
  

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund & Order Issue Policy

You can revise that section professionally as:

• Refunds are processed only in cases where an issue is verified and approved by Moder Vastra team.
• Refunds will be issued only for the eligible product value.
• For Prepaid Orders, a ₹200 processing and return handling charge will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer at the time of refund.
• For COD Orders, the applicable COD/shipping charges are non-refundable, and only the eligible product value will be refunded.
• Shipping charges, COD charges, and any other applicable service fees are non-refundable.
• Any issue related to a damaged, defective, or wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof.
• Without valid and sufficient proof, the claim may not be accepted.
• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully passes our Quality Check inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided and the shipment is returned, delayed, or undeliverable, Moder Vastra will not be responsible for any loss. Any additional shipping charges for re-delivery or correction will be borne by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Moder Vastra is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delayed or unsuccessful delivery.
